It all began at the beach! CORE is a unique entrepreneurial venture created by two Vancouver women - Leslie Grant and Beth Hawthorn. While vacationing together in Thailand and practicing yoga on the beach, the two found themselves part of a diverse community of individuals practicing from a variety of disciplines. Together this group elaborated on postures and meditation practices, shared life stories, explored global issues and those of health, community and family. So inspired by this experience, Leslie and Beth laid plans to bridge and unite the growing health + wellness communities back at home in Vancouver.
